Spero Realty, a boutique builder, needed to stand out from the competition. They consistently offered superior value and quality but needed clarity in their communication. This limited their ability to reach out to potential clients. We needed to identify and define their key value proposition which would allow them to present their vision to customers. This needed to be clear and easy-to-follow in order to build trust and drive sales.
We worked with the Spero team to develop their key value proposition: 'attention to detail', as well as a high level of flexibility, based on customer needs. We then strategically designed the website and project communication material, to highlight these benefits. This process allowed Spero to connect with their customers and gain their trust. This helped the brand stand out against its competition.
Spero needed to design the logo and marketing brochure for their project in a quiet green neighborhood. This was an ‘eco’ driven product with the lush environment being one of the key drivers. The design of the brochure and collaterals needed to express the brand's core values - high quality and the flexibility to meet customer needs. This led to innovative features such as a folder in the brochure to store additional drawings, floorplans, and other details they may collect. Additionally, a simple pen holder was incorporated into the flap so that the customer would always have a way to jot down some notes when they needed to.
Spero Realty needed to design the logo and marketing material for its latest luxury project. It was important to work closely with the management in order to present the project in the correct light. Both printed and digital versions of the brochure were created, as well as the building signage and a stainless steel art installation on the front compound wall.
